- May 21st - Public lands and sensitive localities (incl. land ownership, PRPA, sharing coordinate data, etc.)
- June 4th - Sharing georeferencing resources (incl. archival materials, locality equivalencies, geographic expertise, historic place names, etc.)
- June 18th - Tools for georeferencing (incl. specific georeferencing tools, archival materials, measuring/estimating locality uncertainty, PLSS/TRS data, etc.)
- July 2nd - Georeferencing data management issues (incl. historic place names, locality equivalencies, locality associations such as sampling horizons, database/CMS setups, etc.)
July 16th - Implementing data standards (incl. using the Darwin Core standard, using the ABCD standard, controlled vocabularies, etc.)
