Adobe Connect down for upgrade to version 10.6.1

The Adobe Connect team is pleased to announce that we'll be upgrading your account to Adobe Connect 10.6.1 beginning on Sunday, February 16th, 2020

  • This upgrade will require approximately one hour of downtime during a maintenance window which will begin at 9:00pm PST and end at 3:00am PST the following day. Your account may not be available during this window.
  • This upgrade does not require a new Adobe Connect meeting application. No action is required on your part as all updates will happen on the server. We have, however, recently updated the Adobe Connect Mac application and encourage all customers to use the latest version of the application for the best experience. The Windows and Mac meeting applications can be downloaded here.
  • Adobe Connect 10.6.1 addresses a number of issues related to audio in the HTML client, and improves the playback of recordings. For a list of updates, you can view the release notes here: Adobe Connect 10.6.1 Release Notes
