2026 iDigBio All-Staff Meetings

The iDigBio All-Staff meetings are internal sessions open to all faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders integral to iDigBio's operations.

These meetings focus on:

1. Internal announcements and updates;
2. Operational discussions and decisions, including workshop proposals;
3. Domain updates, accomplishments, and plans; and
4. High-level activity coordination and collaboration.

Agendas, notes, and other materials from All-Staff meetings are maintained in Redmine.

All-Staff meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Time via Zoom (password required). If you have difficulty accessing the meeting or materials, please contact the Project Manager or check the Redmine Wiki.
