This fall of 2024, iDigBio will be highlighting digitization efforts made possible through Thematic Collection Networks (TCNs) and Partners to Existing Networks (PENs). In lieu of a fall virtual conference, we would like to highlight TCNs through a series of webinars.
We are looking for TCNs and PENs to volunteer to contribute to the series. Content can be flexible and presentations can either be given individually or in combination with other TCNs. Topics to address could include (but is not limited to) any of the following:
- Project Management
- Digitization & Curation
- Data Transcription
- Specimen Imaging
- Data Augmentation
- Data Storage
- Data Aggregation
- Data Use for Research
- Education & Outreach
- Continuing efforts past funding
