David Fleming will present a webinar on Thursday, April 23, 2PM (EDT) showing how to create and curate a “species checklist” using Symbiota in the SCAN portal http://symbiota4.acis.ufl.edu/scan/portal/index.php . The webinar will begin with an initial run-through and explanation of the features available in the SCAN checklists. Next, there will be a demonstration of how to create a checklist from scratch, in order to illustrate how the process works. Then, using an already established checklist, David will review the tools used to curate a checklist.
