Target File Format

The Target File is a proposed iDigBio specification for declaring the desired output of a transcription crowdsourcing effort. It is part of the overall definition of the CrowdSourcing Mission Archive (a derivative of the Darwin Core Archive format). This file and the archive format were both outputs of the 2013 iDigBio Transcription Hackathon
