iDigBio Conference Space
iDigBio is located on the University of Florida campus, on the 3rd floor of Classroom Building 105. The physical address is 105 NW 16th Street, Gainesville, Florida, 32603.
Large Conference Room (Room 310)
iDigBio's large conference room provides capacity for up to 35 Workshop participants. It has wired and wireless network services, 2000 lumen HD projector, Polycom CX5100 HD video collaboration device, lectern, wired and wireless microphones, 50" display, computer with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office products, and web conferencing services. Scheduling of Room 310
If you would like to schedule the large conference room, first check the availability of the conference room. Then, create a meeting request and invite flmnh-idb-cr@ad.ufl.edu as an attendee (not as a resource). You will receive a response within 1 business day indicating whether or not your meeting request has been accepted. Alternatively, you may contact the iDigBio Project Assistant or the iDigBio Project Manager.
