The iDigBio student group plans to write a review paper about use cases of natural history collection data, which will simultaneously summarize resources for using the iDigBio database. We hope to address some of the roadblocks that prevent digital data use and create a repository of codes/methods etc. that can be used and referenced to overcome these issues. In the process of creating the review paper we will in situ highlight the work that iDigBio students, researchers and other users have done thus far, and can do in the future with this rich database.
