The purpose of my earlier comment being to highlight that Flash on mobile, as a direct translation of Flash on the desktop, is likely to have led to *even more* inappropriate or poor usage of the technology. So for that alone, I鈥檓 glad to see the termination of Flash Player on mobile (again, more a reflection on developers than Adobe) if for no other reason as to force web site developers to get back to thinking about presenting content, a particularly interesting challenge on mobile devices, rather than fanciful 鈥渄esigns鈥?that add nothing to, or often detract from, the user experience.
