The Specify software project has another Specify 6 workshop opportunity.  Besides the workshop in Auburn June 5-6 the software project will also be running a workshop in New Orleans July 8-9 hosted by Patricia Dorn and the Loyola University Department of Biological Sciences.  This will be a two day workshop focusing on the basics but also covering more advanced topics as outlined in the agenda [1].

If you are interested in attending, please contact Andy Bentley, Ichthyology Collection Manager, University of Kansas Biodiversity Institute at abentley@ku.edu [2]. He will pass your details to Patricia Dorn who can provide more information regarding venue, accommodation options etc.  There will be a charge for attending in order for Loyola to defray their expenses.  Places will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
