The iDigBio All-Staff meetings are open to all faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders who are integral to iDigBio's operations.

All-Staff meetings focus on:

1. Operational discussions and decisions, including workshop proposals;
2. Internal announcements and updates; and
3. High-level activity coordination and collaboration.

The agendas, notes, and other materials from All-Staff meetings are maintained in Redmine [1].

All-Staff meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month when there is not a Steering Committee meeting (i.e., Feb, Mar, May, Jun, Aug, Sep, Nov, Dec) at 11:00 AM Eastern Time via Zoom [2] (password required). If you have difficulty accessing the meeting or materials, please contact the Project Manager [3] or check the Redmine Wiki [1].
