The Entomological Collections Network (ECN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of entomological science through the preservation, management, use and development of entomological collections and taxonomy. 

ECN is a long standing organization whose mission is to disseminate information about best practices in entomological (and arthropod) natural history collections. The annual meeting [1] is generally just before the Entomological Society of America [2] meeting, and have an active listserv [3] to facilitate communication between collection managers around the world.
