Data status in the various queues

There are several progress queues below to represent the various stages of preparedness for mobilization:

  • Ingesting queue: Data are in the immediate process of being ingested, having moved from the mobilization staff to the cyberinfrastructure staff. All hurdles for ingestion have been removed and the data are in the last stages before being ingested and indexed.
  • Mobilization queue: The provider is in the active state of mobilizing their data for us.
  • Negotiating queue: Communication between iDigBio and the data provider has been established.
  • Pre-ingestion queue: Communications between iDigBio and the data provider are in the initial stages, an invitation to participate has been sent.
