Large Conference Room (Room 310)
iDigBio's large conference room provides capacity for up to 35 Workshop participants. It has wired and wireless network services, 2000 lumen HD projector, Polycom CX5100 HD video collaboration device, lectern, wired and wireless microphones, 50" display, computer with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office products, and web conferencing services. The room can configured for a variety of seating arrangements as requested by workshop organizers:

If you would like to schedule the large conference room, first check the availability of the conference room. Then, create a meeting request and invite flmnh-idb-cr@ad.ufl.edu as an attendee (not as a resource). You will receive a response within 1 business day indicating whether or not your meeting request has been accepted. Alternatively, you may contact the iDigBio Project Assistant or the iDigBio Project Manager.
